Shipping Policy

• Estimates: Shipping costs displayed at checkout are estimates only. If actual shipping exceeds this, we’ll contact you.
• Location: Shipping is available within Australia only. No international delivery. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Dispatch: In-stock items are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• Delivery Time: Please allow 2-14 business days depending on location.
• Click & Collect: Available free of charge from Townsville warehouse,.
• Damage: Unless you opt for delivery insurance, we are not responsible for shipping damage.
• Re-Delivery: Failed delivery attempts requiring re-delivery or redirection will incur extra fees.

Returns & Warranty Policy

• Installation: Professional installation is recommended. No refunds for damage caused during installation.
• Authorisation: You must contact us with the item ID and reason before returning.
• Inspection: Inspect your order immediately upon arrival for defects or damage.
• Change of Mind: Accepted within 15 days, but subject to a 20% restocking and admin fee.
• Deadlines: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must include all accessories. Missing items will be deducted from the refund. Modifying the product (cutting, grinding, etc.) voids the warranty.
• Return Costs: Customer pays for return shipping. If a warranty claim is approved, the customer also pays for the shipping of the replacement item.

Lay-By Policy

• 3-month lay-by available.
• Must be paid in full and picked up within 3 months.
• Cancellation of lay-by results in forfeiture of all payments made (non-refundable).
