The Performance Suspension Racing (PSR) Deluxe Diff Drop System for the Nissan Navara D40 and NP300 is a fully integrated solution designed to reduce CV angles on lifted vehicles while adding serious underbody protection. By lowering the front differential approximately 45 mm, this system helps extend CV life, improve driveline reliability, and reduce stress caused by suspension lifts.

This deluxe system combines a heavy-duty diff drop with a full bash guard package, tying the entire assembly together for maximum strength and protection in off-road conditions.

Design and construction

• Rack-mounted diff bracket with two CNC-machined outer blocks
• CNC blocks lower the front diff mounting bush and securely locate the differential
• Integrated bash guard system ties directly into the CNC blocks for structural strength
• Bash guards manufactured from cut and folded 4 mm steel plate
• Powder-coated black to blend with the chassis and resist corrosion

Bash guard coverage

• Front guard protects radiator, intercooler, and sway bar mounts
• Rear guard protects the sump and connects to the rear crossmember
• Designed to withstand off-road impacts and debris

System integration

The PSR Deluxe Diff Drop is fully compatible with PSR’s modular bash guard system and can be paired with:

• Mid guard: PSRNAV-062 (D40) / PSRNAV-069 (NP300)
• Rear guard: PSRNAV-043 (D40 / NP300)
• Fuel tank guard: PSRNAV-071 (NP300)

Important fitment note

Please note: This diff drop design moves the sway bar forward by approximately 6 mm. On Series 5 NP300 models fitted with the updated front sway bar (Part No. 54611-6KG0A), the sway bar may contact the inner rim at full steering lock. In these cases, fitting a Series 1–4 sway bar or aftermarket wheels with increased clearance may be required. Otherwise, consider the PSR Deluxe Diff Drop option designed to avoid this issue.
