The top lid can be folded back over the bag and secured by the velcro strip on the back to be flung over a winch rope as a recovery damper, The secondary lid ensures that any items still inside the bag remain retained when used in a winch damper function. The top lid pocket can also stow your first grab items like gloves and a soft shackle ensuring quick and safe handling of winch hooks and ropes right from the start.
